Design of the Cancer Information Center

The project consists of designing, constructing and sustaining a Hope Light consisting of an operating lighthouse with a Cancer Information Center at the entrance to the beautiful and peaceful Dorothy Miller Park in Metropolis, IL on the bank of the Ohio River.  This will be the first operational lighthouse on the Ohio River.
